Return or Exchange Policy for ONLINE PURCHASED MERCHANDISE ONLY.

There is NO money refunds. Merchandise on CLEARANCE/SALE has NO exchange or refund. ONLY regular merchandise in the condition it was received is eligible for Exchange or in store Credit.

ALMOST all of our items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions and the rules a return must follow:

  • Item(s) must be returned in its original state: unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, deodorant-free, as well as make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery date.
  • Shoes/boots must be shipped back in their original shoe/boot box.
  • Additionally, ALL return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for Store Credit or Returns for Exchange

  • Must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Please contact us before returning an item.
